RSVP tracking and free invitation management for baby showers.

Invite Guests Even If You Don’t Have Their Email

Every WebBabyShower RSVP invite comes with a unique shareable link. Send it by text, DM, or post it in a group chat — guests can RSVP and join without you needing to collect anyone’s email address first.

Your Invitations Match Your Shower, Automatically

Choose from 100+ themes and your invitations update to match. Adjust colors, fonts, and backgrounds in the built-in editor — no design work required. Every invitation looks like it was made to go together, because it was.

Know Exactly Who’s Coming — And Who Still Needs a Nudge

Built-in RSVP tracking shows you who’s opened their invitation, who’s confirmed, and who hasn’t responded yet. Send a reminder to the right people. No spreadsheet, no guesswork.

In-Person and Remote Guests, One Invitation System

Hosting a mix of guests in the room and joining from out of town? Your invitation system handles both. Everyone gets the same invitation, RSVPs the same way, and shows up in the same guest list, or make separate lists.

Your Invitations Are Just the Beginning

The same tool you use to send invitations works for pregnancy updates and thank you messages too. Keep your guests in the loop before, during, and after the shower — all from one place, with the same matching theme.

Invite Everyone — No Guest Limits, Ever

There’s no cap on how many guests you can invite. Whether your list is 20 people or 200, every invitation is included at no extra cost.

Questions and Answers

An RSVP is important for a baby shower – you want to know who’s coming! Even for online gatherings an RSVP will let you know who may have missed the invite so you can follow up.

3 weeks for digital invites generally allows enough time for planning since the RSVP response is instant. However 4-5 weeks is common for paper RSVPs, so some guests might have that expectation in mind.

Your baby shower invite should include:

  • Mother’s Name
  • Host’s Name
  • Time & Date

Your RSVP request should be clear and assume the positive. “Please click Yes if you’ll be attending the baby shower!” Even for online events an RSVP is highly recommended so you can make sure everyone has the information.

Many modern baby showers are co-ed and include the father. If that’s the case, the mother’s and father’s names should both be included at the top of the card. If the shower is ladies only, then just use the expecting mother’s name.
