Got a mom-to-be carrying more than one baby? Twins/Multiples Baby Trivia is a great game to get people excited about the new parents’ impending arrivals. Compile a list of trivia questions dealing with a pregnancy with multiples and see just how much they know! You can ask questions like “What are the odds a pregnancy will be a twin pregnancy?” (1 in 250) and “According to two 2006 studies, mothers of multiples are more likely to be ___ and eat ____?” (“Taller than average” and “dairy” will fill in those blanks.) Get a full rundown of the game here.

Guess Who Said It
Similar to the Mommy or Daddy game, this baby shower game asks guests to answer questions and try and guess if the answer applies to the mom or dad — but in this game, the parents-to-be answer the questions ahead of time. For example, ask both parents, “Who will be the strictest parent?” Then when you ask the shower guests, they’ll have to guess which one claimed they’d be the strictest parent.
Adoption Baby Trivia
Adoption Baby Trivia is a great game to play when the baby-to-be isn’t in the mom’s belly but is definitely in the mom’s heart! Adoption can be a sensitive topic, so make sure that this game is okay with the parents-to-be beforehand, and be sure to do a lot of research ahead of time. Here are some more tips on how to approach this game and ensure it’s handled with respect and love.
Candy in a Bottle
This next game is fun and helps guests get into the baby shower spirit ahead of the big day. Get a container — we recommend a large, glass jar or a baby bottle — and fill it with candy. Take a photo (or a video) and send it to shower guests. Tell your guests to guess the amount of candy in the container. The person whose guess is closest to the actual amount of candy in the container wins! (Bonus: think of all the candy you get to eat after the baby shower!)
Birthday Bets
We love baby shower games that get people excited for the new arrival, and Birthday Bets is the perfect game to do just that. Guests fill out a sheet that predicts the day of birth, time of birth, and the length and weight of the baby at birth. Whoever gets the closest overall wins! The best news is that we have a FREE printable Birthday Bets sheet for your baby shower. We even have a sheet for twins, triplets, and quadruplets!
Guess Mommy’s Belly Size
For this baby shower game, we recommend checking with the mom-to-be ahead of time to make sure it’s something she’s comfortable with. If she is, this is a great option for a fun shower game, especially if you are on a budget. All you need for this game is some scissors and string. Guests will each come up and estimate how much string it takes to go around the mom’s baby belly. After each guest snips a piece of string, they’ll then take turns looping it around her middle to see how close they were. The guest who is closest wins!
